Preparation for High Holidays: Wed 8/18 & 9/1, 7 pm

Adult Ed classes: Rabbi Jack will lead a discussion of Rosh HaShanah (Aug 18) and Yom Kippur Sept 1. The first class will outline the traditional preparation associated with Rosh HaShanah and review some of the central liturgical passages which are part of the worship service. Two weeks laterthe focus will be on Yom Kippur and what repentance means to us in the 21st century. Both classes will last approximately an hour and will be held in person at the Jewish Center of the Moriches, and on Zoom.
